Since its origin in 1965, Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. has addressed the needs of thousands of persons through its programs and services. As a non-profit, health and human service corporation, CNCAP specializes in bringing resources into its 21 County service area in North Central Nebraska and beyond. These resources include health care, housing, weatherization, nutrition assistance, education, and case management. Persons from infancy to the elderly benefit from these services.

Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership serves the counties of: Blaine, Boone, Boyd, Brown, Colfax, Custer, Garfield, Greeley, Hall, Hamilton, Holt, Howard, Keya Paha, Loup, Merrick, Nance, Platte, Rock, Sherman, Valley and Wheeler.

The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program serves the above mentioned counties, in addition to: Sioux, Dawes, Box Butte, Sheridan, Grant, hooker, Cherry, Scottsbluff, Banner, Kimball, Morrill, Garden, Deuel, Arthur, McPherson, Keith, Logan, Lincoln, Perkins, Chase, Dundy, Hayes, Hitchcock, Frontier, Red Willow, Gosper, Phelps, Harlan, Franklin, Webster, Nuckolls, and Clay.

Early Development Network serves the counties of: Antelope, Boyd, Brown, Cherry, Holt, Keya Paha, Madison (excluding Norfolk), Pierce, Rock, Stanton and Wheeler.
