POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring the front office in Loup City is running efficiently and effectively; provide administrative support including typing, making copies, entering data, attend meetings as needed, and working with staff; and working with the public professionally being the first point of contact whether in person or on the phone transferring them to the given programs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Responsible for phone systems, copiers, and ordering supplies
- Assist the Executive Director with recruitment, correspondence, and relations with the Board
- Ensure mail is picked up and delivered by designated time(s)
- Attend Board meetings and take minutes
- Provide clerical and technical support for the Agency collection for client demographics for the SSVF program
- Enter client data into the Agency database and Clarity accurately
- Participate in all required meetings and trainings
- Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED required, prefer AA or BA in Business Administration
- Valid driver's license
- Office experience working with computers, staff, and the ability to handle multiple tasks

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 8am - 5pm and Friday: 8am - 12pm
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $18.50 - $20.25/hour (depending on qualifications)
