Case Manager Trainer

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides initial and ongoing training to new and existing staff; assists in identifying and accessing training resources for staff in the Outreach Department. Possess a thorough knowledge of all Outreach Department programs. Promotes and maintains public relations.  



  1. Responsible for completing initial training for all new staff
  2. Ensure follow up training with new and existing staff
  3. Conduct monthly trainings for the Outreach Department
  4. Complete final review of all case management program files
  5. Be able to act as an interim case manager as needed
  6. Ability to understand and train on ROMA goals
  7. Promote the programs and agency in a positive and professional manner
  8. Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures



  1. High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred)
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. 1+ years of experience in human services or related field
  4. Experience with public speaking (presentations, meetings, trainings, etc.)
  5. Experience in training others with proven results

  4. Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with others


SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm or Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm

REPORTS TO: Family Outreach Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY: $13.75/Hour
