POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the site in ensuring a quality program and environment exists for children and families by ensuring all performance standards are met in the area of meal preparation, cleaning, and maintenance. Assist in the classroom as directed by the supervisor.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure requested cleaning and maintenance are completed according to standards
2. Prepare or assist with meal preparation according to schedules
3. Assist in the classroom as directed by the supervisor
4. Document child/family recruitment efforts
5. Participate in all required meetings & trainings
6. Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures
7. Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A high school diploma or GED required
2. Valid driver's license
3. 1-3 years experience of working with children/families

SKILLS & ABILITIES

1. Problem-solving skills

3. Computer skills
4. Excellent time-management and organizational skills
5. Demonstrated ability to work with others

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm

REPORTS TO: Teacher/Center Specialist

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY: $14.33/hour
