Early Childhood Program Health Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: Oversee Early Childhood Programs 0-5 Health & Nutrition requirements; Monitor/ supervise nurses; coordinate round- up activities and oversee/ track trainings; develop policies and procedures.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop all health policies and procedures
  2. Responsible for the supervision of Nursing staff.
  3. Complete on-site monitoring
  4. Coordinate preschool round-up activities
  5. Oversee tracking/ training & analysis of Child Plus health data systems.
  6. Attend all required ECP management meetings & professional development trainings.
  7. Adhere to all CNCAP related policies and procedures
  8. Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing & a current Nebraska RN license
  2. Valid driver's license with a clean record
  3. Previous supervisory & management experience

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm or Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm

REPORTS TO: Early Childhood Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY: $27.04 - $28.15
