Family Outreach Program Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical & technical support for the Family Outreach Department. Maintain databases for the programs and process paperwork. Complete reports & forms for all programs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide clerical and technical support for the Family Outreach Department.
  2. Maintain database for stability assistance and case management programs.
  3. Assist with grant applications.
  4. Process program information and paperwork.
  5. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and forms for all programs within the Family Outreach Department.
  6. Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures.
  7. Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A high school diploma or GED is required
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  4. Strong organizational skills

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm

REPORTS TO: Family Outreach Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
