POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical & technical support for the Family Outreach Department. Maintain databases for the programs and process paperwork. Complete reports & forms for all programs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clerical and technical support for the Family Outreach Department.
- Maintain database for stability assistance and case management programs.
- Assist with grant applications.
- Process program information and paperwork.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and forms for all programs within the Family Outreach Department.
- Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures.
- Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm
REPORTS TO: Family Outreach Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
