Information Technology Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for all CNCAP computers and networks.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update computers and equipment as needed
- Administer company email server
- Maintain Inventory of software with requirements
- Monitor network traffic for improvement possibilities
- Install computers and printers
- Assist with technical issues’s within the agency
- Set up email for new hires
- Promote the programs and agency in a positive and professional manner
- Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required (AA or BA in computer science preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of experience in working with networks, computer programs/software, and troubleshooting

- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with others
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm or Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $18/Hour
