Landlord Liaison Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide outreach and promotion of the Outreach Housing Programs throughout the CNCAP service area. Establish and maintain public relations contacts within the service area(s), specifically landlords, realty companies, mortgage companies, and other housing provider agencies.



  1. Responsible for assisting all case managers with housing programs
  2. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and legible from housing providers
  3. Maintain a non-judgmental attitude toward clients and other CNCAP staff
  4. Develop & maintain Rent Reasonableness database for the entire service area
  5. Provide ongoing landlord information to case managers
  6. Develop  & maintain a Landlord database for the entire service area
  7. Adhere to all CNCAP related policies and procedures
  8. Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner



  1. High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred)
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. 1+ years of experience in human services or related field
  4. Experience with public speaking (presentations, meetings, trainings, etc.)

  5. Demonstrated ability to work with others


SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm or Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm

REPORTS TO: Family Outreach Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

PAY: $13.25/Hour
