POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical and technical support for the agency collection of client demographics. This will include typing, filing and compiling of pertinent information. Responsible for entering data into Clarity accurately, completing intake and initial paperwork for Veterans entering the SSVF program for the Lancaster/Saunders counties; and other duties as assigned.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for completing agency intake form and inputting it into Clarity
- Assist with compiling and processing information for the Lincoln office SSVF Case Managers
- Maintain a non-judgmental attitude toward clients and other CNCAP staff
- Ensure clients are assessed through the SSVF process to determine possible assistance through resources
- Create family personal plans to develop short and long term attainable goals with veterans
- Ensure files are complete with the necessary paperwork for veteran families participating in the program
- Adhere to all CNCAP related policies and procedures
- Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience in human services or related field

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7am - 5pm
REPORTS TO: SSVF/FOX Coordinator
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $18.50-$20.25 (depending on qualifications)
